  Our philosophy at Atma Prema is that anyone can practice yoga. Individuals from all walks of life deserve an opportunity to explore the unique teachings of a yoga practice. From the movement called asana to the beneficial practice of mindful breath work. Language barriers, physical limitations or lack of understanding should not prevent anyone from learning to connect with their own body to explore a new healing journey and build a healthier way of life in a self loving way.

Warrior One

VINYASA FLOW

With our intermediate vinyasa flow the student is challenged to explore their level of flexibility and endurance. Connecting with the breath the student is guided through a series of yoga postures (asana) to allow a body-mind connection. So what are you waiting for? Time to sweat it out!

Yoga Studio

GENTLE YOGA

Atma Prema's Gentle yoga allow students to dive deeper into self love. With the use of invitational language and deep breathing the student is able to explore their body, becoming mindful and aware. There is a special emphasis on modification of the poses and the use of props to teach us how to reconnect with and rejuvenate our bodies.
